Find Payments

A full payment history can be found within the Find Payments feature. This contains information about payments that were created within the past 90 days. Results can be printed.

To find a payment

  • Select the Payments tab
  • Click Find Payments

The following criteria can be used to search for a payment:

  • Payment Date From and To date
  • From Amount and To
  • Batch ID
  • Beneficiary Name
  • Reference
  • Payment type
  • Payments status

The more detail you enter into these fields, the faster your results will be returned.
