Delete Token Service User

Please note that Tokens will no longer be available to new customers after 1st October 2013. However, existing customers who use Tokens are still able to order new/replacement tokens as required.

  1. Select the Users tab
  2. Click the Service Users link

The Service Users screen opens

  1. Select the user group the user is attached to from the User Group drop-down list
  2. Click Select
  3. Select the Token Users tab
  4. Check the tick box next to the name of the user whose token details you want to delete
  5. Click Delete

The Delete Token User screen opens

  1. Click Delete

The Sign and Submit screen opens

  1. Enter your PIN and click OK to confirm the action

Re-using the token

After you have deleted the token user, the token can be allocated to a new token user.

If you no longer require the token, call the Helpdesk on 0345 300 6444. Lines are open 7:30am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Calls may be recorded for security purposes and monitored under the Bank's quality control procedures
