Create New Token Service User

Tokens can be used to set up service users who will have restricted access. Token users cannot authorise payments.

To create a token service user

  1. Select the Users tab
  2. Click the Service Users link

The Service Users screen opens

  1. Select a user group from the User Group field
  2. Click Select
  3. Select the Token Users tab
  4. Click Create
  5. Enter details into the relevant fields
  6. Select a token serial number from the unallocated Token Serial Number drop-down list
  7. Click Create

The Signing screen opens

  1. Check the details and click Sign and Submit
  2. Enter your PIN and click OK to confirm the action

You can allocate accounts and payment permissions in the same way as for Smartcards.

Requesting tokens

To request additional tokens, send a message to the Bank via the Inbox. See Messages for details on how to create and send a message.
