Download account groups

Corporate Online lets you download balances or transactions for multiple accounts in COL format (either .ACC - Account Balances or .TRN - Account Transactions).

To download account groups

1. Select the Account Group Download link in the Home tab
2. Select the group name from the drop down list or use the search facility to find accounts
3. In the next screen uncheck any accounts you don't want to download information for
4. Click Download
5. Provide a file name then select ACC or TRN
6. Enter the From Date and To Date then
7. Click Download

You'll then be prompted to save the file to your computer.
