Request Smartcard Reader

There are two types of Smartcard Reader available, depending on your requirements and PC:

  • USB, connected into a USB port (recommended)
  • PCMCIA, connected into a PCMCIA port
  1. Select the Users tab
  2. Click the Request Smartcard Reader link

The Request Smartcard Reader screen opens

  1. Enter the number of readers of each type you need in the Readers required field
  2. Enter the number of installation CDs you need in the Media Required field
  3. Enter the name and address the reader should be sent to
  4. Click Request

The Signing screen opens

  1. Check the details and click Sign and Submit
  2. Enter your PIN and click OK to confirm the action

The cost of the Smartcard Reader is debited from your account. Costs are shown on our website.
