Smartcards – information

To view Smartcard details, click on the Users tab and select the Smartcards link. The following information is available:

• Registered - shows a list of registered service users that have not yet been activated. These cards cannot be used until activated by the system administrator
• Non-registered - shows a list of all Smartcard users who have not yet registered their Smartcards
• Re-issue - shows a list of expired Smartcards that will be re-issued

• Activating, ordering and deleting cards
• Creating a new Smartcard user
• Amending Smartcard user details
