Cloning service users

To create multiple users with the same access and permissions, you can clone a user you have already set up. You can change access and permissions for individual cloned users at a later date.

  1. Select the Account Access tab

The Allocate Accounts screen opens

  1. Click Clone User

The Allocate Accounts and Permissions by Cloning User screen opens

  1. Select a user group from the User Group drop-down list
  2. Select the user you wish to add accounts and permissions to from the Username drop-down list
  3. Select a user group from the User Group drop-down list
  4. Select the user you wish to clone from, using the Username drop-down list
  5. Click Save

The Signing screen opens

  1. Check the details and click Sign and Submit
  2. Enter your PIN and click OK to confirm the action

A token user cannot be cloned from or to a Smartcard user.
