Payment and Authorisation limits can be set at different values for the same user.
- Select Account Access
The Allocate Account screen opens
- Click the Permissions link
- Select the user group from the User Group drop-down list
- Select the user name from the Username drop-down list
- Click Select
The Account Permissions screen opens and the various types of payments are shown.
If a particular payment type was not requested at registration, it will not be available.
- Click the appropriate tab to allocate accounts for each payment facility
- Enter the payment and authorisation limits, and dealing limits if registered for
FX
- Check the All, None or Selected radio button
If you select All, any account added at a later date will automatically
get this facility. If you choose Selected you must specify the
accounts you want this facility applied to.
- Click Save
- Check the details and click Sign and Submit
- Enter your PIN and click OK to confirm the action
Cancel Payments
Payments can be post-dated up to 90 days in advance. If Cancel Payments has been
enabled for the user, they can cancel a post-dated payment up until 6pm on the previous
business day.
Enquire on Account
Lets the user view their allocated accounts. The default setting is All. If a user needs to make payments out of accounts but not allowed to view balance and statement information, this should be changed accordingly.
After any changes have been made to account permissions:
- Click Save
- Check the details and click Sign and Submit
- Enter your PIN and click OK to confirm the action
Other Permissions
The Other Permissions tab contains Administer Beneficiaries.
The default option is All. This allows the user to create or amend
beneficiary details. If the User is not allowed to manage the beneficiaries, then
None can be selected. If changes are made:
- Click Save
- Check the details and click Sign and Submit
- Enter your PIN and click OK to confirm the action
FX Deal
When allocating dealing names to users, you can view the associated currency accounts
by clicking on the dealing name. Once a dealing name has been allocated, the user
will be able to:
- Obtain a live FX rate – between any of the currencies contained
within the dealing name
- Execute a live FX deal – subject to the allocated limit
View all FX trade - via 'Find A Trade' for that dealing name, regardless
of who originated the FX deal, including transactions via telephone
